shapeindex not working

I tried running shapeindex on the file from: http://nationalatlas.gov/atlasftp.html?openChapters=chpbound#chpbound (Cong. Dist #112 shape file) and it didn't recognize the shapeindex command. I'm running the latest version of TileMill and the attached screenshot is of the terminal.

   Hi Matthew,
   The Mac OS X app currently does not ship with shapeindex. I have a binary for Mac OS X 10.6+ 64-bit that you can download.

   We're working on getting that utility back into the main app.
