I can't save changes to projects, either the sample projects or when creating from scratch. The "save" button in the toolbar is grayed out. Also, there's no console activity when I click "save."

TileMill 0.5.1 installed on Lion 10.7.1. Tested in Safari and Chrome. I tried deleting and recreating the projects folder per this thread but it didn't fix the issue:

Screenshot attached. I assume I'm overlooking something obvious and it's an id10t error... Thanks for any assistance.

This was operator error after all -- you have to edit code before you have the option to save. I was simply trying to reposition and re-zoom, and then save, which is not an option.

So a feature request: please treat the project as "dirty" after reposition or re-zoom. Thanks.

Thanks, Marc. We'll look at options for implementing this in a future version.
