Hi There,

I wish to use Tilemill to develop some map screen-shots (using the PNG export option) which I can embed into a commercial mobile application.

What are the terms and limitations I can do this by?
A swift response would be most appreciated, as I need to find the tool for the job fairly quickly.

Many Thanks,

    Hi Tom,

TileMill doesn't add any extra licenses to any of its outputs. If the data that you're using has a license, like if it's from OpenStreetMap or a proprietary source, then that license applies and you might have to add attribution. But if you own the data or if it's public domain, then the result of whatever you do with TileMill is just as unrestricted as the data itself.
