Export from TileMill is blank
I apologize in advance if this is obvious, but I haven't been able to figure it out looking through discussion groups or documentation.
I am using the VM supplied by MapBox - and have successfully put together a map in TileMill. When I try to export to mbtiles - it says the file is 324 kb, but it shows up blank when I try to view it in TileStream on the VM. Also, if I export to pdf - it also appears blank. Export to png gives me an error.
I am going to attach the mbtiles file in case that helps. I really appreciate your time and thoughts.
Any thoughts, ideas are very appreciated.

Hey Lesley,
What was the area selected for this export? The export UI still needs some work, and so is susceptible to some bugs when you're selecting areas that stretch across the whole world manually.
I ask because this tileset has a bounds of
-179.99992508051,-56.80087831233025,-884.1796874999999,72.2623100240447- which should be marked as invalid. You might have some luck by re-exporting and using the default worldwide bounds if you want worldwide coverage.3 Posted by lesley on 13 Oct, 2011 05:41 PM
